Cancellation of Conference Fees
The ICCEX conference office must be notified about any cancellation in writing.
Cancellations received till April 10, 2017 - full refund of the registration fee less 1 000 CZK (≈ 40 €) for administrative charge.
Cancellations received from April 11, 2017 - no refund possible.
The participant acknowledges that she / he has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With her / his registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to the ICCEX conference office.
Cancellation of Accommodation
Cancellation conditions for hotel booking are different from hotel to hotel.
The conference secretariat must be notified in writing about any change or cancellation of the confirmed hotel booking. Changes requested by telephone will not be accepted. Do not contact the hotel directly.
The date on which your written cancellation is received will be considered as the date of cancellation.
All refunds will be made after the conference, or by prior arrangement.
